He was predeceased by: his wife Jazan Winona Wallace (Horton); his son Kenneth Drew Wallace; his great grandchild Naeem Jae Malone; his siblings, Renona Wallace, Larry "Beech" Wallace, Marva Hickerson and Mavis Buchanan; his niece Courtney Wallace; his nephew Keylin Wallace; his father-in-law David St. James; and his brothers-in-law, John Walker and Warren Kenny Horton.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Wallace of Sparta, IL, Stephanie McKissic (Juan) of St. Louis, MO, Candace Monroe (Marvin) of Belleville, IL, Shelli Wallace of Sparta, IL, Matthew Wallace (Jessica) of Sparta, IL, Norman Wallace of Fayetteville, NC, Cari Wallace of New York City, NY, Leslie Jae Stiff (Johnnie) of East St and Gary Wallce, Jr. (Fredericka) of Sparta, IL; his siblings, Gena Hall (Burney) of Buchannan, MI, Ramona Wallace of Sparta, IL, Nadine Walker of Sparta, IL, Jacqueline Wallace of Sparta, IL and Michael Wallace (Frances) of Sparta, IL; his mother-in-law Carrie St. James; and his siblings-in-law, Bonita Dickerson, Kathy St. James, David Jeffrey St. James and Ed Buchanan. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
