He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Beattie and Mae Beattie; and his granddaughter Ashley Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Iva Jean Beattie of Sparta; his children, Carla Campbell (Curt) of Washington, MO, Brian Beattie (Kendra) of Steeleville, Kim Harmsen (Bruce) of Steeleville and Larry Beattie (Suzanne) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Justin Cano (Marian), Jason Cano, Krystle McGruder (Shawn), Leah Beattie (Randy Hammonds), Tim Yates (Janae), Hillary Heaton, Kenny Heaton, Adrian Harmsen, Hunter Beattie, Hayden Beattie and Olivia Beattie; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Yates, Grace Cronin, Madi Yates, Lucy Yates, Rynlee Beattie, Hunter McGruder, Bonita Jacoby (Kenny) of Percy and Gary Stork (Nancy) of Sparta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
