She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Chappell; her parents, Louis Bochantin and Victoria Bochantin; and her brother James "Jim" Bochantin. She is survived by: her children, Steve Chappell (Kerrie) of Marissa, IL and Heather Chappell of Nashville, IL; her grandsons, Andrew and Christopher Chappell; and her siblings, Phyllis Smith (Greg), Anita Bochantin, Kathy Ryterski, John Bochantin and Greg Bochantin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (611 W Broadway St, Sparta, IL 62286). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church or St. Ann Altar Society.
