He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard H. Bixby and Helen Bogan Bixby; his brother Jon Bixby; and his great grandchild Rhonny McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Sara Bixby of Freeburg, IL; his sons, Don A. Bixby (Brandy) of Steeleville, IL and David A. Bixby (Rhonda) of Chester, IL; his grandchildren, Hayden Bixby, Aspen Bixby, Sydney Bixby, Joshua Kumke (Brittany), Chelsy Kumke and Alex House (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Aubree Kumke, Brynlee Kumke, Bohdi Helmers and Callyn House; his niece Tomi Diefenbach (Tom) of Sparta, MO; and his great-nephews, Ryan and Casey.

Due to executive orders, current COVID guidelines will be followed.

Memorials may be given to the donors preferred form of remembrance.
