Bulliner of Sparta, IL; his son Anthony Bulliner of Springfield, IL; his siblings, Michica Rigsby of Sparta, IL and Darnell Bulliner (Pat) of Nashua, NH; and his uncle Lyle Bulliner (Clidia) of Sparta, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
