She is survived by: her daughter Debra Mattingly; her siblings, Vada Cox, Gary, Danny and David Ervin; her daughter Judith Mattingly (John Hill); her close friend Tamatha Prince; her cousins, Lucille Clayton and Irene Tabor; her sister Kathy Schliefer (Randy); her cousin Leroy Gerlach; her nieces and nephews, Gary Ervin (Brenda), Scott Ervin (Michele), Chad Buss (Kelsie), Derek Buss (Kristie), Tonya Green (Ron), Lisa Weiler and Vicki Wethill; her sister-in-law Linda Ervin; and her cousins, Patty Yount (Kelvin), Barb Wright (Ronald), Karen Moore (Jerry) and Jamie Harris.
