Mills (Sparta, Illinois), born in Red Bud, Illinois, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Cortney Ryan Mills; and his parents, Charles Richard Mills and Senior. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mills; his son Jeff Mills (Brooke); his grandchildren, Logan and Camryn Mills of Edwardsville; and his sister Jo Ann Boggs (Dennis) of Effingham. He is also survived by nieces, great-nephews and nieces and many brother and sister-in-laws.
