He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Aldine Walters (Kinzer). He is survived by: his wife Rose Walters (Semande); his children, Tina Hillyard (Jim) of Walsh, IL and Todd Walters of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Lyndsey Tegethoff (Tom) of St. Louis, MO, Jake Walters of St. Louis, MO and Payton Walters of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchildren, Ben, Matthew, Joey and Kate Tegethoff. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
