She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Stiger and Rosemary Stiger Sr.; her siblings, Roy Stiger Jr., James Stiger, Cindy Heartstirn and Jane Carlock; her grandson Trevor Courtway; her niece Karleen Heinz; and her nephew Michael Heinz.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Courtway of Sparland; her sons, Gary and Larry "The Boys" Stambaugh of Bellevue Illinois; her stepchildren, Jackie Miller (Mark) of Henry, Tammy Williams (Sam) of Missouri, Lester Courtway (Brandy) of Lacon and Alicia Prather (Tracey) of Lacon; her brothers, Jerry Stiger of St. Louis and John Stiger of Arizona; and her grandson Jeff. She is also survived by 8 Great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
