He is survived by: his wife Janet Bateman; and his children, Lynette Marshall (Jeffery Ford) of Iowa City, Toby Marshall (Kimberly) of Lafayette, IL, Douglas Marshall (Elaine) of Albuquerque, NM and Kelly Marshall of Chase, MI..
