She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Calvin and Ethel Thelma Barge (Parsons); her husband John W. "Bill" Ratliff; and her sister Jane Spillman. She is survived by: her children, John R. "Bob" Ratliff (Renee) of Chillicothe, IL, David Ratliff (Ellen Tabor) of Chillicothe, IL and C. Diane Grebner (Gary) of Metamora, IL; her grandchildren, Wendy Hart, Jeff Ratliff, Kristina Rauh (Stephen), Derek Grebner, Ashlie Ratliff (Sean Art) and Amanda Biggar (Josh); her brother Tom Spillman (Bettie) of East Peoria, IL; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Longman. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Midland FFA.
