She is survived by: her spouse Dallas Smith; her children, Stanley Smith (Laurie) of Peoria, Charlene Rebholz of Kewanee and Daniel "Doc" Smith of Sparland; and her grandchildren, Alissa Smith of Peoria, Chandra Rigo (Louis) of Eureka, Travis Wolf (Holly) of Germantown Hills and Rosalyn Rebholz of Kewanee. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
