He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emmons and Edna Freeman Emmons; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Emmons of Lacon and James Emmons (Sarah) of Lacon; his nephew Matthew Emmons (Nichole) of Lacon; and his niece Janelle Henningar (Frank) of Washington.
