She was predeceased by: her father Henry Hawksworth; her husband John Mooberry; her siblings, Edgar, Emil, Hank, Charles Hawksworth, Edna Vest and Phyllis Boyle; and her great grandchild Malayne Shaffer.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Mooberry (Diane) of Lacon and John (Karan); her grandchildren, Shelley Shaffer (Matt) of Sparland, Jerry Mooberry of Lacon, Bill Mooberry of Roanoke, Scott Mooberry (Christy) of Charlston, SC, Tara Parsons (Neil) of Claremont, NC and Chris Fernandez of Venice, FL; her great grandchildren, Keegan, Kayla Shaffer, Ian Parsons, Oaklyn and Cole Mooberry; and her grandchildren, Albert, Jeffery and Savannah Fernandez.
