With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Robert Bumpous of South Wilmington, Illinois, born in Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2021 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Elsie Hoffman, Betty and Curtis Bumpous. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan and Zack Bumpous of Dwight, IL; his parents, Dan Bumpous (Lucy Fox) of Talladega, AL and Karen Bumpous (Jack Foster) of Streator, IL; his brother Jim Bumpous (April) of Diamond, IL; his nieces and nephews, Katie and Chey; his sister Katie Byers (Christian) of Gardner; his nieces and nephews, Luca and Reed; his girlfriend Barbie Warriner of Godley, IL; and his girlfriend's child Devin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Attendees are required to wear face coverings, follow social distancing guidelines, due to the capacity requirements please be brief with your condolences to allow other guests to pay their final respects.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family to start a college fund for Michael's children would be appreciated.
