She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd W. Anderson and Minnie Mary Anderson; and her stepbrother Vearl Honrud. She is survived by: her husband Jim Smolik; her children, Michelle Sorensen (Mark) of Texarkana, TX and Monty Smolik (Natalie) of Diamond; her grandchildren, Abbie Bussey (Landon), Adam Sorensen (Hannah), Mackenzie, Macallister (Cassie) and Madeleine Smolik; her great grandchild Mattis Bussey; and her siblings, Ervin L. Anderson (Marcey) of Joliet, Dale Anderson (Patsy) of The Village, FL and Judy Anderson of Morris, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be directed to the St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
