He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sistek of South Wilmington; his children, Paula Pourchot (Mark) of Gardner, IL, Frank Sistek (Patti) of South Wilmington and David Sistek (Marsa) of Braceville, IL; his grandchildren, Jedd Morris (Miranda), Jillyan Morris, Emily Long (Jeff), Amanda Smith (Aaron), Zach Sistek, Mitch Sistek (Mallory) and Delaney Sistek; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Emmett Morris, Ryan Smith, Natalie Smith, Leah, Elizabeth, Daniel, Allison Smith, Landon, Sidney Long, Layla and Grady Sistek; and his niece Mary Rossio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name to the South Wilmington Ambulance Service or Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
