He is survived by: his mother Carol Cook; his stepfather Jim Cook of South Wilmington; his brothers, Mike Fraher (Terri Joslin) of Braidwood and Chris Cook (Denisa) of Gardner, IL; his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah Fraher (Tiffani) of Dwight, Mirrissa Fraher of Grant Park, James Fraher (Sierra) of Phoenix, AZ and Dylan Cook of Gardner; his great-niece Seri Jordan; and his great-nephew Sebastian Fraher.
