He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roge and Oceana Roge (Smith); his brother Ralph Roge; his aunts, Dell and Etola; and his friend Earl Young.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Roge of South Wilmington; his children, Timothy Roge of Aurora, Andrew Roge of Crown Point and Kelly Goodman (Kiley) of Ottawa, Illinois; his grandchildren, Alexander, Ayden, Audrey, Evan, Elias and Eleanor; his brother Stephen Roge; his siblings-in-law, Judy Roge, Will Harrig and Lisa Wroblewski (Steve); and his close friend Terrance Zdeb of South Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made as gifts in Bill's memory to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
