She was predeceased by: her father Donald Wayne Bontz; her husband Ronnie Madison; and her sister Katherine Burbridge. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Lynn Crabill of Quincy, IL; and her siblings, Ronald Bontz (Donna) of Edwardsville, IL, Roger Crabill (Lacie) of Hannibal, MO and Jeanna Mowen (Marvin) of Fowler, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
