Rigsbey of South Roxana, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Helen Watson (Varkarish); her son Brian Spann of South Roxana; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Spann (Justin Roberts), Carson and Cailyn; and her siblings, Carolyn Kniefely (Helmut), Alan Watson (Linda) of East Alton and Phillip Watson (Jan) of Wheatland, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
