He is survived by: his son Danny Jr.; his daughter-in-law Beth Pruett of Rosewood Heights, Illinois; his daughter Shannon Donohue of Granite City; his grandchildren, Paige, JJ, Kaleb, Mallory, Brooke, Genna and Avery; his great grandchildren, Stella and Kiara; his siblings, Gene Pruett, Larry Pruett and Vickie Fry of Granite City; and his close friends, Misty and Jason Grether. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
