She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Mulligan and Irma Mulligan (Foster); and her siblings, Doris Irwin and Michael Mulligan. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Renee Collison of South Roxana, IL and Duane Wanick of East Alton, IL; and her sister Lois of Texas. She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren.
