He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Letha of Kansas City, MO, Laura, Patricia, Toni, Gaila Hertz of South Roxana, Robert Hertz and Leroy Hertz of South Roxana; and his siblings, Etta, Marline, Lucille, Raymond and Ronnie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
