She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spencer and Pauline Spencer (Eckelberger); her siblings, Donald Spencer (Mary), Jacqueline Allen (Gerald) and Billy Spencer; and her son-in-law Phillip Draffen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Forbis of Pekin, Christina "Chris" Draffen of Pekin and Laura "Lori" Robbins of Pekin; her grandchildren, Valerie Belcher, Derek Belcher (Samantha), Russel Draffen (Amanda), Brandon Draffen, Kayte Gunter (Derek), Serra Robbins (DJ Moran), Garret Robbins and Camryn Robbins; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Ava, Melody, Elliot, Ethan, Boston, Griffin, James, Iris, Carter, Ryley, Zoeigh, Kayelle, Elijah, Remington, Aleister and Finnigan; and her siblings, Shirley Gillette (Danny), Ruth Spencer (Tim Bacon) and Carolyn Drowns.
