He is survived by: his spouse Stacy LaNette Tyler; his daughter Patience Johnson (Ethan Hamilton) of South Pekin; his stepson Tyler Penovich of Bartonville; his sisters, Marklyn Randolph (Tim) of St. Louis, Mimi Garrison (Ron) of St. Louis and Marsha Johnson of St. Louis; his mother-in-law Cherie Maile of Hopedale; and his pets, Tip, Bella, Scrappy, Izzy and Snowball.
Memorial contributions may be given to his daughter, Patience, to offset funeral expenses.
