Spencer; his daughters, Tammy Forbis, Christina Draffen and Laura Robbins; his sister Vada Laverne Brown; his stepfather Leonard Fletcher; and his brothers, Larry Forbis and Chuck Forbis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
