He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eddy and Karen Marlatt; his sister Rita Schuck-Eddy; and his nephews, Chevy Dayne Hare and Shayne Michael "S. J.".
He is survived by: his children, Amber Eddy (Dakoda Taylor) of Pekin, Jay Eddy (Britany) of South Pekin and Alexis Eddy (Austin Bradshaw) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Drayson Nash, Aurora Taylor, Amelia Eddy, Bentley Eddy and Adrian Bradshaw; and his aunts and uncles, Julie, Susan Marlatt, Jay, Nicholas and George Marlatt.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the family to offset funeral expenses.
