He is survived by: his former spouse Sheril Ann Springer; his sons, Michael Hamlet of South Pekin and Chris Hamlet (Gabrielle Doss) of Liberty, Missouri; his grandsons, Brandon Hamlet of Washington and Adam Hamlet (Melissa) of Creve Coeur; his great grandchildren, Logan, Eli, Riley, Zayden and Annalise; and his sisters, Wilma Lenox of Forest City, Mary Phillips of Manito and Joyce Campen (Gaylin) of East Peoria.
