She is survived by: her spouse Leonard "Gene" Blake; her children, Russell Blake (Vicky) of Oklahoma City, OK, Rhonda Winn (Dennis) of Pekin and Tracie Fabry (Michael) of South Pekin; and her brother Alvin Johnson (Victoria) of Pekin. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
