Hazelman; her sons, Keith Lippert of South Pekin and Kevin Lippert (Jenny) of Morton; her siblings, Donald Gene DeGroot, Sr. of Pekin, Lloyd Hartsock of Seattle, Washington and Imojean Ingold of Iowa; her nephews, Todd DeGroot and Donnie DeGroot, Jr.; her adoptive daughter Ashley Buff; and her daughter Oakland Buff.
