With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry L. Godbey of South Pekin, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Edwin Godbey. He is survived by: his mother Janice Lee Godbey (Tarr); his spouse Gayle Cline; his children, Ashley Hays, T. J. Hays (Samantha) and Emiley Mudd (Anthony); his grandchildren, Riley Schacherbauer, Hailey Hays, Gracie Mudd, Addilee Mudd and Parker Hays; his stepfather Don Sieling; and his siblings, James (Joyce), Jason (Stella), Jeff Godbey (Brenda), Jeanette Walters (Ron) and Julie Godbey.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
