He is survived by: his wife Sue A. Morsch (Daley); his children, Paula Jean Hoag (Dennis) of Monica, Mark Alan Milaccio of Peoria and Jay Lee Milaccio (Barb) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Casey Hoag (Megan) of Elkhart, Karen Schrek (Adam) of Canada and Savannah Milaccio of Peoria; and his great grandchildren, Henry Hoag, Charlotte Schrek and Sydney Schrek.
