She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Joseph Kubiak; and her siblings, Sam Savas, Mary Gollias (late Stanley), Pete Savas (late Shirley), Pat Savas (Tina), Phil Savas, Angie Litawa (late Bob) and Helen Nickeas (late Pete).
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Biesiada (late John), Joseph Kubiak (Heidi), Chris Kubiak (Kathleen), Gregory Kubiak (Susan McCay) and George Kubiak (Kim).
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Nicholas Church.
