She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ramon Linares; her children, Miguel Linares, Maria Gonzalez (Jose), Alejandra Jimenez (Jose), Piedad Linares (Diana Berrum) and Candelaria Linares; her parents, Maria Carmen Mendoza and Miguel Mendez; and her siblings, Juan Mendez (late Mary), Santiago Mendez (Susan), Guadalupe Mendez (Alicia) and Aurora Mendez (late Jesus Alvarez).
