She was predeceased by: her spouse Heural Griffith; her son Darryl Griffith (Bonita Holt); her siblings, Velma Bell, Odessa Jackson, Retha Chestnut, Willie Brewster, Miles Brewster Jr. and Roosevelt Brewster; and her parents, Miles Kind and Nettie Brewster Sr. Kind.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Bryan Griffith, Patrick Griffith (Petronella) and Brenda Jennings (late James); her grandchildren, Aisha Griffith, Mark Jennings, Kanika Devonish (Anson), Keith Jennings, Zoe Griffith and Jared Griffith; and her great grandchildren, Ayana and Kyree Devonish.
