She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Kortum; her brothers, Kenneth Page (late Betty) and Charlie Page; and her parents, Charles Page and Bertha Page.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Michael Kortum, Debbie Patton (Richard), Sharon Sommer (Richard) and Bob Kortum; her grandchildren, Jennifer Van Allen, Tim Van Allen, Amanda Atkinson (Jake), Dianne Fish (Joseph), Billy Van Allen and Brett Brown; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Eli Fish; and her sister Charlotte Nelson.
Memorial contributions may be given to First Reformed Church or Humane Society.
