Zuccarelli (Jane Walmer) of DeForest, WI; his uncle Robert Boskovich of Chicago, IL; his aunts, Dawn Brown (Bill) of Phoenix, AZ, Sharon Myszak (late Michael) of Munster and Denyse Taylor (Jim) of Mundelein, IL.; his nieces and nephews, John Paun of Lockport, IL, Joe Paun (Sarah) of Cedar Lake, IN, Marjorie Alexander (Greg) of Cedar Lake, IN and Lorrin Paun of Phoenix, AZ.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nadia, Junior, Jocelynn, Beau, Dane Paun, Lilly, Zac Alexander and Johnny Paun; and his son Nate Fields. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
