He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Upp and Frances Upp; and his siblings, Marian Finet, Lindsey and Roger Upp.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Upp; his children, Steven Upp (Karen), Linda Tabiadon (Gimi) and Denise Harrison (Ken); and his grandchildren, David, Nathan, Zachary, Gimi, Alexander, Mikayla, Brooke and Braxton.
