He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Meyer (late Jim), Rick Uittenbogaard (Barb) and Darlene "Dee" Uittenbogaard; his grandchildren, Michelle Schuurman, Michael Schuurman (Danielle), Nora Kornblum (Bill), Mark Uittenbogaard (Angela) and Kent Uittenbogaard (Danita); his great grandchildren, Landon, Callie, Madelyn, Pippa Schuurman, Julia, Andrew Uittenbogaard and Willow Kornblum; and his sister Carol Vis (late Henry).
