With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Zlatko Maticic of South Elgin, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Zlatko may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Zlatko touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Slavko Maticic and Ana Maticic (Kovac); his wife Milena; his children, Dennis and Diana; and his brothers, Franjo Maticic (Kata), Josip Maticic (Mira) and Antun Maticic (Cassandra).
