He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Willie Potts (Donna), Waylon Potts (Katy), Mark Rains (Paulette Anderson) and Tim Rains (Jessicca); his grandchildren, Nick, Serena, Faith, Carl, Jack, Harry and Zach; his siblings, Ron Rains, Kathy Harro (Bruce) and Kind; and his parents-in-law, John and Lillian Kramka. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
