She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel SyCip and Manuela SyCip; and her husband Ahka Huang. She is survived by: her children, Anne and John Huang; and her siblings, Natalia Ty of Maryland, Paulita and Diana SyCip. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
