She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry M. Cain and Goldie Ellen Cain (Butler); her husband Joe Chester; and her siblings, Oris, James and Jerry Cain.
She is survived by: her siblings, Orley Cain (Sherma) of Elgin and Carl Cain (Connie) of Silver Creek, NY; her sister-in-law Janice Cain of Palm Coast, FL; her friend Crystal Urbieta; and her cousin Clara Cates (Gaylon) of Cobden, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (310 S State St, Elgin, IL 60123). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the McCrite Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
