He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Radloff and Normagene Radloff; and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his son Kevin Radloff II; and his siblings, Tammi Kramer (William), Cheryl Kirk, Donald (Gale) and Fredrick "Rick" Radloff Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
