It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Perez (South Elgin, Illinois), born in Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Perez and Juanita Perez of DePue, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his daughter Kelsey of Chicago; his sister Joanie FalcÓn of Tremont, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Tony FalcÓn, Elayna Fehr (Kendall), Lorena FalcÓn, Marco FalcÓn, Ben Rhodes and Wyatt Keagy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
