He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his children, Sherry Miles (Rob), Brian (Laura) and Lyle (Kim); his grandchildren, Jon, Michaelina, Gabriella, Alexandra, Austin and McKenzie; and his siblings, Russell and Cindy Gala.
