She is survived by: her children, Craig Orzolek (Sandra), Scott Orzolek (Gwen) and Tamra Goodale (Robert); her grandchildren, Matthew Orzolek (Nina), Caitlyn Radtke (John), Lindsay Orzolek, Jacob Goodale (Karissa), Jennifer Orzolek, Alison Goodale, Lindsey Kiffmeyer (Jeremy) and Ashley Smith (William); her great grandchildren, Noah, Madison, Valkyrie and Jax; and her nephews, John Christian (Roxanne) and Bradley Campbell.
