He is survived by : his children, April Mattia-Velazquez (Marco) and Stephanie Mattia (Albert Garza); his grandchildren, Albert Garza Jr., Matthew Garza and Luciano Mattia; and his siblings, David Mattia, Cynthia Mattia-Goldberg (Phillip) and Nicholas Mattia (Betty).
