He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Howard; and his parents, John Howard and Hester Howard. He is survived by : his sons, Randy Howard (Debra) and Ron Howard; and his siblings, Hazel Manley (Carl), Mamie, Jean, Alice, Rosie and Margaret Marie. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
